One of the most famous typos in rock poster history, the "Frankenstein" poster promotes the "Greatful Dead" concert at the Avalon Ballroom in August of 1966. This yellow and black classic was penned by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley as they experimented with symbols for the band.
